  • No. Cost savings come from efficiency, experience, smart design and purchasing materials in bulk where possible— not from reducing build quality or materials.

Transport and site approvals

  • No. We build and supply the structure only. Approval requirements depend on the intended use and location of the tiny home and must be confirmed by the buyer with their local council or certifier.

  • We use a third party to transport/relocate our homes. Pricing will vary depending on location, site conditions and access. This is discussed early in the process.

  • Yes. Site access, foundations, and services are typically the owner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
