Payment Terms & Conditions
Application of These Terms
These payment terms apply to:
Fully custom builds
Website-listed models
Website-listed models with upgrades or modifications
All builds are considered custom to the extent that they are constructed to order and may be modified, upgraded, or adjusted at the client’s request or due to material availability, engineering, or regulatory requirements.
Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit of the total agreed price is required:
Upon acceptance of a written quote, and
Prior to commencement of any works, including procurement of materials, scheduling, or fabrication.
No work will commence until the deposit has been received in full.
Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance is payable:
Upon completion of the build, and
Prior to handover, delivery, or release of the tiny house, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website Models
Models displayed on the website represent base designs only. Selection of a website-listed model, with or without upgrades, constitutes an order to build and is subject to the same deposit and payment terms as a custom build.
Completed / In-Stock Models
For completed or in-stock models, full payment is required prior to release or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Variations
Any variations requested by the client may result in additional costs and/or changes to the payment schedule. Variations must be agreed in writing.
Ownership
Ownership of the tiny house remains with El Paco Tiny Homes until full payment has been received.
Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
All goods and services supplied by El Paco Tiny Homes come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Under these guarantees, customers are entitled to a remedy if the services provided are not carried out with due care and skill, or if the completed product is not reasonably fit for its intended purpose.
