Cladding & Exterior Package


Refine the exterior appearance and finish of your Tiny Home.

  • Trimdek profile wall cladding and roofing

  • Spotted gum shiplap cladding to both ends

  • Gutters and downpipes supplied and installed
    (Removed for transport and easily reinstalled onsite using existing fixings)

Ideal for customers wanting a more refined exterior aesthetic and material contrast.

Comfort & Performance Package

A significant step up in year-round comfort and liveability.

  • Insulated roof wrap

  • High-density R2.5 insulation to walls and ceiling

  • Underfloor insulation

  • Double-glazed windows and doors

Improves thermal performance, reduces condensation, and keeps the interior more comfortable in both hot and cold conditions.

Gutters & Downpipes

  • Supply and installation of gutters and downpipes

  • Removed for transport and easily reinstalled onsite
